Pazoo, Inc. (PZOO) - What Exactly Makes Penny Stocks Such A Great Investment? - Penny Stocks For Dummies
It will probably appear a little crazy, yet with the explosion in penny stocks in recent times; alot of regular, everyday folks have been generating some serious coin from as few as 1 or 2 investments - buying penny stocks that all cost you less than a share to get.
Seems like a bit of fiction or the inner workings of a dream stock trading game, but you'd be very wrong if you think this is not actually taking place each and every day. You can find tons of companies whose stock price had dropped to literally pennies per share and in some events fractions of a penny per share, that suddenly spiked to 2, 3 or (seriously) 10 or 20 times that price - literally in days.
It's still hard to imagine right?? For proof, Take a brief minute to research a couple of these stocks yourself, for a case in point Sunpeaks Ventures, Inc.. (SNPK). Once you type in that ticker into your preferred financial site, Take a look at their historical charts for the previous 90 days or so; you'll see that the company was sitting at a pretty unremarkable $.43 a share around the middle of March, and climbed to as high as .40 just weeks after. It wouldn't take a lot of mathematics to discover that just 0 would've changed into just about 00 in only a matter of weeks. For this very rationale people have been able to give up their day jobs to trade 1 or 2 penny stocks a month, and pay all of their bills and benefit from life stress-free.
With just a small amount of research and a little bit of keeping your ear to the ground, you can realize awesome profit margins in penny stocks; and it doesn't take the long-term investing that you frequently have to be ready for when you invest in your typical blue chip stocks. The big stock investors can get a %5 rise in a week's time ( This is a wonderful week for them), but if you've only got 0 to commit - getting in a week is not likely cause to jump up and down... best you can do with that kind of gain is go to a movie... by yourself!
Simillar to with every other investment, keep in mind penny stock trading includes risks, but think of this: when you can invest $500 in a penny stock and possibly turn that small investment into thousands within weeks (and I don't mean 52 weeks) - the risk/reward ratio weighs immensely in your favor. On the contrary, you could invest in nice "safe" blue chip companies and maybe see a gain of a couple hundred bucks a year.. that's if you don't invest in top of the line blue chips like Tyco, Enron or Adelphia...lol.
As a matter of fact, right now, we're paying close attention to Pazoo, Inc. (PZOO). This particular stock went from dormant to trading over 1 million shares as of last Thursday. The price was pretty consistent all day Thursday, even with the heavy trading (staying at $.10 per share), but then on Friday -things started to improve ( the stock closed at $.135 - a 35% gain in One day). As of this writing, the stock is continuing to climb today (7/23/12) climbing to just under $.15 per share. What to take serious notice of with this company is it's basic principles; a good team, good product mix and revenue!
